In an interview with CBS News' Nicole Sganga, Attorney General Todd Blanche claimed mail-in voting carried a greater risk of fraud than in-person voting with ID. When asked what evidence he had to support his statement, he responded, "Well, it's common sense."

"The one thing that we are not doing, we're not protecting people," Blanche said. "The reason that we're not releasing documents has nothing to do with protecting any government or any entity. It's just to protect, genuine classified information."
